2007 - Dec 217/Nov 245/Oct 269/Sep 255/Aug 333/Jul 272/Jun 328/May 321/Apr 270/Mar 299/Feb 220/Jan 183.  As you can see, 81 less units sold in Oct 2008 than in Oct 2007.  The upside is that a good number of units are selling and if we price your property to sell, it will sell too.
